Deputy Manager, RGN, Elderly Nursing Home



My client is currently looking for a Deputy Manager (RGN) for a medium sized registered nursing home in Fife. This home provides nursing & social care for frail elderly. The home has an excellent reputation and is part of a leading healthcare provider so the potential for promotion to home manager is excellent for the right candidate.<br><br><br>As part of a team your role will include:<br><br>Manage the home in the absence of the general manager.<br>Act as clinical lead within the home.<br>Manage all registered nurses and implement training/induction programs for all care staff.<br>Ensure the highest level of care is delivered throughout the home.<br>Perform quality management and audits in the home.<br>Work with the general manager in improving the quality rating from CQC<br>Follow up enquiries on private beds both dementia and nursing<br><br><br>The Candidate:<br><br>RGN qualification with experience of working with elderly care within a nursing home<br>Have a valid NMC Pin Number <br>Complete satisfactory POVA and CRB checks<br>Must have experience at supervisory level within a nursing home.<br>Understanding the NMC code of conduct<br>Excellent clinical skills and supervisory experience<br>Ability to lead and motivate other staff members<br>Excellent communication skills both written and verbal<br>Senior nurses will be considered for this role.<br><br><br>Salary: £25,000<br><br><br>If your experience matches please forward your CV immediately<br><br>White Recruitment Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy
