Full Time – Permanent



Customer Account Manager Wanted! An excellent opportunity has arisen to be part of a newly established division working for our client a well known high street finance company.



The Role:

As Customer Account Manager working for the one of the leading branch networks for consumer finance and credit your responsibilities will include:



* Identifying bad debt, implementing appropriate bad debt management techniques and maxising bad debt recovery.



* Managing existing customer accounts on an ongoing basis, proactively identifying potential issues/problems and implementing solutions to repair accounts.



* Providing debt management advice to customers.



* Arrears management contact via by telephone calls and occasional field visits.



The Person:

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the majority of the following skills and experience:



* Experience of working delinquent accounts

* Excellent communication skills

* Ability to work under pressure

* Proven ability to solve problems

* Experience of meeting targets and deadlines

* Empathy and understanding of customers experiencing difficulty in meeting loan payments
