An exciting opportunity for an experienced Electronic Engineer to join one of the world’s leading manufacturers in Dundee.

The Client

Our Client is one of the world’s largest manufacturing firms within the petrochemical industry. Their recent restructuring has revitalized the company with a new capital structure and supportive new owners



Role

Working within the Product Engineering Team, main duties include;

• Responsible for the design of electrical wiring systems for fuel dispensing equipment

• Responsible for the evaluation and selection of motors

• Manage and control the electrical and electronic design release process

• Responsible for the maintenance of the Bill of Material structures on the MRP system

• Daily support to the Engineering, Service and Production Departments



The Requirements

• Minimum of HND in related subject is required

• Must have at least 2 years experience within a similar role

• Must have a good background in electrical/electronic based systems for electro-mechanical components and equipment

• Knowledge of electrical safety concepts is desirable

• Experience of using a CAD package is desirable



Remuneration

Salary to £30,000 with attractive benefits package and training.
